Telegration assisted us with a transition from a service provider and phone system that was simply not working for our firm. We had invested a great deal of money into a new system, and were dismayed when that system proved totally unreliable, and the provider was unable to provide technical support to get the system to an efficient level of functionality. We called in Telegration, and they designed a new system for us that proved to be easy to use, reliable, scalable, and took advantage of all the latest technology. In addition to selling us the phone system, Telegration provides monitoring and support services, so on the off chance we do experience phone or internet outages, they usually know about it before we do! They work with our IT vendor and service provider to ensure we have the coverage we need to keep our business running. Since making the switch we have been very pleased, and appreciate that we are not just a number to them, but they got to know us personally as well.
